I got a virus warning from ZoneAlarm saying something about a rat. It said it had been treated but my laptop is running very slowly. Could you check my log for anything left over? Thanks :)

Update: I decided to run the Bitdefender rescue disc and it seems to have found some viruses.http://i.imgur.com/SpTac3A.png
