Hello there, and many many thanks for your time if you try to help me on this issue. It's much appreciated!

I've had a Lenovo T450s for about half a year, specs are the following:

- Windows 10 Pro x64 build 15063 (clean installed after system restore was stuck and couldn't access windows)
- Intel i5-5300U (2.3Ghz).
- Intel HD Graphics 5500.
- 8GB RAM.
- Samsung mz7ln256hchp-000l7 SSD 256GB.
- BIOS 1.28 (latest)
- Drivers up-to-date, taken from lenovo.com and intel driver update utility.

The problem usually happens when a video is playing, music is on, or can be imitated by playing flash games, but can sometimes happen when the laptop is idle. In safe mode there is no problem with it, but once when the laptop was on the sun, it even had a BSOD in safe mode. Temperatures seem to be acceptable, CPU/GPU reaching a maximum of 70 degrees and an average of 40-45.

The blue screens are usually connected to the intelppm.sys, ntoskrnl.exe, but sometimes even the netword driver (Netwtw04.sys) or once even the graphics kernel mode driver (igdkmd64.sys).

I've run the prime95 test once, it did not cause BSOD and was running the driver verifier as well, which at the beginning was causing errors. I figured there was a problem with the camera driver, which I updated then. The verifier did not cause BSODs after that, but the other activities mentioned still did.

I have no idea what is causing the problem, can it be a hardware failure, or is it something else? The worse part of it, that the laptop's BIOS is locked, hence I can only clean install OS on it with the hard drive removed (should've checked when buying it, but this is not related to the problem).

Many many thanks for your help again!

Please double check that the UEFI is the latest version.

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

Out of 16 memory dumps there were 6 different BSOD  (aka STOP or BugCheck) error codes.  The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things (the list is not in any sort of order):
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case.  Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html or http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html ).

Please get a head start on the hardware diagnostics - they are located here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
Please finish ALL of them and let us know the results

Most of the BSOD's were STOP 0x0000001E errors.
More info on that here:  http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x0000001E

These are mostly hardware type errors, but can also be compatibility or low-level driver issues

Have you run the Lenovo Support Center diagnostics?

If not, please do so.  If you have, what were the results.

If the Lenovo diags all passed, then please run ALL of the free diagnsotics I mentioned earlier in this post.

Let us know the results and we'll move on from there.
