We have a Windows 8.1 desktop computer at work (in a country with poor internet connection). We tried to install a HP printer driver from the vendor CD and now the whole computer is bugging:

- the internet doesn't work (which is weird because the computer is connected with ethernet to the box, and laptop computers keep getting internet from wifi)

- when running the windows diagnostics tool for internet, it says that the diagnostics service isn't working

- the computer doesn't recognize any USB drive anymore (which is a problem to analyze it with Malwarebytes and all)

- when trying to use de restore function, it says that the restore partition D is broken and restoration is impossible.

I ran AVG rescue disc and found 2 viruses that were destroyed, but nothing changed after restart.

Please, what do you suggest to do?
