My desktop and taskbar have disappeared, and I'm at a black screen. The only way I'm able to open anything is through task manager.

Any help is appreciated!

Hi,

Try below given steps:

Go to Task Manager

Click on “File” icon and select “Run new task”

Create new task window will get open. In the open field type “explorer.exe”

See, if this can resolve the issue.
