Administrator accounts cmd.exe - system error 5

When I try to change the administrator accounts I get system error 5. 

 

c:\net user administrator / active:yes

System error 5 has occurred

Access is denied

 

c:\net user administrator / active:no

System error 5 has occurred

Access is denied

 

This is part of my earlier post    Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\system 32\ ... '

c:\net user administrator / active:yes

 

you have there two errors/mistakes, use correct command (copy-paste)

net user administrator /active:yes

Here is what I entered and the return:


C:\>cd..

C:\>net user administrator /active:yes
System error 5 has occurred.

Access is denied.


C:\>

Sorry, this is command line argument, at first run cmd.exe as administrator and then it works
