Hi diazteca and welcome to BleepingComputer.
Before I dig further in what could be the problem, can you tell me where you downloaded the program from, as I found multiple instances for this program name.

Thanks and brgds

Thank you for coming to my aid. This site is still new to me and I am still getting used to it. I think I was on the website www.flickr.com when I downloaded fotomat. I thought it was part of the flickr site.

I appreciate your help.

Hi Sorry for the delay,

please try the following:

Click Start -> Run -> type: eventvwr.msc -> hit ok

Look in SYSTEM and APPLICATIONS for anything around the time you are getting the error.
Double click on anything you see with a red X, press the Copy button, and then paste it here in your next reply.

Cheers,

Yourhighness

You will find that there are a lot of competent people and they will most likely be able to help you.

Sorry that I cant be of much more help at the moment.

Thank you for trying. I just remember something, I have XP professional and to add words, excel, powerpoint, outlook I downloaded Microsoft Office student and Teacher Edition 2003.

I was trying to use outlook copy and paste and was having the same problem. When I checked the computer said it was missing a file and I should download office again.

I am so sorry if this is what the problem is. I just never considered a Microsoft product might be part of the problem.

Thank you again.

Hi there,

yes your second error message indicated that MS Office is having a problem too. MS products using the installer or similar sometimes stuff up your pc. I was only looking at your Inet problem primarily. But may be you should uninstall and reinstall office and see if that fixes your problem.

Thanks and brgds,

Johannes

Thank you, Kev26v6 (how did you get that name?)

I own two computers one is at my house and the other I gave to my son and daughter-in-law. The one they have has been having the problem I have been writing about. I haven't been able to get down to their house, but since your dad has the same problem it is giving me hope that the problem can be solved as simply as removing and reinstalling the MS software.

Thank you for taking the time to write.
