About a month ago this occured. I was playing a game CS:Go and my computer would basically just lose all power without warning, no error and no DMP file. I thought i had fixed it because I did a few things and it stopped happening for awhile. about a month or so later its happening again with a different program (playerunknown's Battlegrounds). I tried a few things this time and its not working. The power button blinks at a consistent rate after the crash and then about 25 seconds later the computer autoboots.

Like i said i cant get any errors or a DMP file because its not writing one. The last one i had was back in 2013. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Still having this issue. Not sure what it is but its driving me insane. i can go weeks before it will reappear. Seems like any game will trigger it randomly like borderlands, cs:go, playerunkown's bg or heroes of the storm. I'm on the verge of taking a shot in the dark... dropping cash into a new mobo and processor just to see if one of the two are the issue.

Dear Valyn,

Sorry for not replying earlier as I was away on vacation.

For some reason, there are some indications from the uploaded reports pointing to a faulty Windows installation. Therefore, I would like to have an MGADiag report to look what's under the hood.

:step1: Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool (MGADiag)

  • Download and save MGADiag from here.
  • Navigate to the directory where you saved the file.
  • Right-click on MGADiag.exe, select Run as administrator, and accept any User Account Control prompts.
  • Click Continue.
  • Click Copy.
  • Paste the copied information in your next reply.

Thank you.

Regards,
bwv848

Dear Valyn,

I regret to say this but you appear to be using a pirated version of Windows 7 Professional. The end of your Windows Product Key indicates that it is an ASUS key, and you are using it illegally on an MSI motherboard.  Our BleepingComputer forum rules prohibit me from helping you further:

No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the staff reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean encouraging the use or continued use of pirated software is not permitted, and subject to the same consequences.

If you would like help, please purchase a legitimate copy of Windows for your computer and run the Sysnative File Collection App again. Furthermore, pirated versions of Windows never function as normally.

Thank you.

Regards,
bwv848

P.S. Did someone else help setup this machine? If so, he or she may have given you a pirated license without your knowledge.

If I do not reply in three days, please message me.
