Hello everyone,

I looking for a solution to backup my outlook 2016 for mac email database as we as the calendar entries and contacts that I have stored in Outlook 2016 mac. I have a special request, I have 12tb external hard drive connected to my mac book pro, Is it possible that my outlook for mac takes automatic backup every week and stored it in external hard drive directly? The export function in outlook mac takes ages to backup the database and it has even crashed sometimes while multi-tasking. So is this thing possible?
