My Win 10 PC is connected, by Ethernet to the internet.

The Network Connection says it is connected. The icon in the tray says it is connected.

All browsers (Opera, Edge, IE, Firefox, Chrome) say they cannot connect to any web address I try.

I ran the Windows troubleshooter-it cant find any problem. The adapter settings are right.

It passed the hardware diagnostic. My other PCs can still get online.

I do not run it in admin mode, I run it in user mode or standard mode whatever with passwords.
I cannot ping outside of my FiOS router.

I'm stumped. Please help!
