Hi, How do i fix this network error plz?

Windows can't communicate with the device or resource (DESKTOP-JS)
Detected
It is available but is not responding to connection attempts. A firewall or network security policy on the remote computer might be blocking "the connection on port file and print sharing resource"

thx

Has it ever worked?  If so, what has changed since it last worked?

Have you tried turning off the firewall software on DESKTOP-JS to see if you are able to connect?
