 I am unable to make a Primary connection to the WinMX network even though I have a cable internet connection. The Network indicates I have no TCP port for
incoming connections and no UDP port for incoming and outgoing packets. What
can I do to solve this problem?

Make an adjustment to your firewall/router.

This link may help:

Current systems: WHAT OS, BackTrack-raw, PCLinuxOS, Peppermint OS 6, Kali Linux

and a custom Linux From Scratch server hosting a bunch of top secret stuff.
