Welcome. :)

You seem to have an issue with Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI). Searching the web I found this batch file to fix WMI.

  • Copy the entire contents of the Quote Box below to Notepad.
  • Name the file as RunMe.bat
  • Change the Save as Type to All Files
  • and Save it on the desktop
  • Once saved, right click on the RunMe.bat file and Select run as an Administrator.

@echo Off
cd /d %~dp0
Color 1F
title Repair WMI
Echo Please wait....
wmic computersystem get name
IF %ERRORLEVEL% EQU 0 goto success

:failure
net stop ccmexec /y
net stop VMAuthdService /y
net stop winmgmt /y
c:
cd c:\
cd %systemroot%\system32\wbem
rd /S /Q repository
regsvr32 /s %systemroot%\system32\scecli.dll
regsvr32 /s %systemroot%\system32\userenv.dll
mofcomp cimwin32.mof
mofcomp cimwin32.mfl
mofcomp rsop.mof
mofcomp rsop.mfl
for /f %%s in ('dir /b /s *.dll') do regsvr32 /s %%s
for /f %%s in ('dir /b *.mof') do mofcomp %%s
for /f %%s in ('dir /b *.mfl') do mofcomp %%s
net start winmgmt
net start VMAuthdService
net start ccmexec
goto end

:success
goto end

:end

Wait for the batch file to run and restart the computer.

Upon restart, open FRST, make sure there is a checkmark on Addition.txt, then click on Scan. Please Post the new FRST.txt and addition.txt logs.
