After downloading & upon trying to launch Unigine Heaven or Valley I'm granted with a "browser_x86.exe" error that reads. "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." The only advice I've found regarding this was on an Overclock.net post & they suggested downloading this but I'm unsure if that'd be safe or fix my problem. What are all your thoughts on this? Should I try it or is there another solution?

MSVCP100 is normally dotnet error, the link you provided should be fine to install as its an official microsoft site link. Install it, it should solve your issue.
