Hi!

Whenever my CPU is under high load, the application gets shut down by Windows after some time and I face the "Application has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware". I have tried this registry and I have already updated and reinstalled my drivers.

Any help! Best regards.

First of all - welcome to BC !

Next, help us to help you. Make and model of the computer, operating system version, and what is the application ?  And what do you mean by "I have tried this registry" ?

Have you tried to use Registry Editor? In some cases, you have to increase the value of registry corresponding to Timeout Detection and Recovery so that GPU processing time can be increased.

  • Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers
  • Create a registry DWORD (32-bit) value named TdrDelay.
  • Restart your computer

In addition, you need to updated display drivers. See more how to fix this issue at here http://howtoinstallwindows10.com/application-has-been-blocked-from-accessing-graphics-hardware/

I get this error when played league of legends on PC Windows 10. I am using Intel HD Graphics 5300 card. After updating driver card,  the problem is resolved.
