System Type x64-based PC
Processor AMD Athlon™ 64 Processor 3500+, 2210 Mhz, 1 Core(s), 1 Logical Processor(s)
Total Physical Memory 4.00 GB
 
Any help would be appreciated.
 
A lot of the time it's watching videos in browser, but thats mostly all I do on this computer.

Please do this:

 

:step1: Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool (MGADiag)
 
• Download and save MGADiag from here.
• Right-click on MGADiag.exe, select Run as administrator, and accept any User Account Control prompts.
• Click Continue.
• Click Copy.
• Paste the copied information in your next reply.
