Not sure what those modes are. Here is Speccy with youtube, bleepingcomputer website, and league of legends on. Also "Sticky Notes" (I use that to memorize stuff)

One thing that quickly screams out at me is that Speccy is identifying the computer type as "Tablet," and I really doubt this thing is a tablet.  When you open the Windows 10 Action Center, do you have Tablet Mode turned on?   If so, you shouldn't [unless I'm wrong and this is a tablet] and you should turn it off.

 

Your temperatures are quite "on the cool side" so that's not the issue.
