I downloaded MiniToolBox which:

"Local Area Connection* 2" forwarding=disabled advertise=disable, etc,

set interface interface="Ethernet" forwarding=disabled, etc

set interface interface="Wi-Fi" forwarding=disabled, etc

set interface interface="Bluetooth Network Connection" forwarding=disabled, etc

but I had SpyHunter running and it came up with VapeLauncher Ransomware in Path:C\Users\Downloads\MiniToolBox.exe

If you downloaded the "minitoolbox" from the Bleeping Computer website, Spy Hunter has given you a false positive. The utility is safe. If you downloaded it from somewhere else, who knows?

We are drowning in information - and starving for wisdom.
