I used to be able to open command prompt from any folder by Shift+Right Click. Is there any way I can get it back?

Also note that you can get back the cmd (instead of powershell) in the Win + X menu, or the right click on start menu by going to..

Settings...Personalization..Taskbar and  turning “Replace Command Prompt with Windows PowerShell in the menu when I right-click the Start button or press Windows key+X” to off.
