My PC and printer have beening working fine. ( This PC has had many problems lately)

I went tp print something today and I found the message no printer installed. This happened for powerpoint prensentation and an website site print request. Of course when I go to control panel and my Epson is listed. It is the only printed listed.

Any clues what is going on ? I guess I can remover the printer and re install. I have been to a great deal of that lately. I updated the driver but that did not solve anything.

Thanks

T

Does it print documents properly?

Is "a website print request" something you tried to print that is on a website?

You mean when you try to print a page from your browser you can't, but you can print from an application like Word?

Nothing prints. The applications do not see a printer.

However the printer is there in the control panel.

Somehow the "path" between the application and the printer is missing.

thanks

Hi ramsey76

I had a problem similar to this with my Epson R220. I had to go to the Epson website and follow their instructions for a full uninstall/re-install. This had to be done in a certain sequence and there was also a patch on the site for another prob they had identified. May be worth having a look. Good Luck
