I just don't want to lose personal files. Isn't there an alternative?

You can use Notepad as a browser to copy files to USB Flash drives. Just select Open from the Menu and copy files and folders to the removable drive.

In the same way, that can be also done throughout the other drive.

Ok I have one proposition, what if I just forgot about the corrupted os and attached another hdd to make it a boot drive? Is that possible? To maintain drives, data, etc and opening programs of the 1st hdd. Is it possible to remove windows files from it to save storage? (Like making it a USB)

I have no idea. That will be a good question for the software or hardware forum. In the past we were able to do that., but today's OS are different.

Can you give me references to do this? I want to use an extra HDD as boot for windows 10 pro and my corrupted one as storage (by deleting windows files, system files, etc)

All you have to do is to remove your current drive. Insert the drive you will be using for Windows 10 and install the Operating System. Once done, hook the other drive and start the computer. Windows 10 will be able to read the drive. Delete all Windows folders within it.
