· Power Supply - FSP aurum gold 600w

I get random programs crashes (not BSOD) recently not very often and BOSD today, it was reference by pointer smt. I've ran 6h mem86+ test without error, need to pinpoint the problem before doing further tests. Any help appreciated

Ran 8h OCCT test without error

Voltage read is bit off but Aida64 gives me more accurate numbers (+12v is 11.952, 3.3v is 3.265, +5v is 5.040, DIMM is 1.212, vcore is 1.176).

I also notice individual core' temperature spike alot , it jumps +3-5*C then back in few seconds but maximum temp never hit 60*C as you can see from the chart ( 65*C Max temp was one off, mistakenly hit small FFT test in prime65)  . I've tried reseat CPU cooler, same result. I'll replace cooler soon but It should be okay for now ?

Only 1 memory dump in the uploaded reports.

If using a disk cleaner (such as CCleaner), please stop while we're troubleshooting.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version F21) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Only 7 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 14393 (1607) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

Approximately 23 Live Kernel Events in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report

Most often these are signs of hardware/compatibility/low-level drive events that occur below the threshold that Windows is able to see.

As such, I suggest that you start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Please complete ALL of the tests and let us know the results.

The symbols for evaluating the BSOD are wrong.  The kernel of the OS isn't recognized by the debugger.

In the event that this installation of Windows is pirated, we can't be sure that the dump analysis is entirely accurate.

If ALL of the hardware diagnostics pass, then I'd suggest running Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

If the problems still recur, we'll then try this:  http://www.carrona.org/strpdown.html

My Windows is genuine, autoUpdate is always on. I manually checked for update and nothing came up, not sure what can I do beyond that. Mainboard Bios is up to date.

Will do hardware diagnostics later.

Update : Got another Driver IQRL not equal BSOD when at windows startup, windows didn't create the minidump though not sure why. Another note that I get BSODs recently since I updated motherboard bios to lastest version. Contacting gigabyte tech ...

6-7h OCCT CPU stress test, mem86+ tess passed. Do I still have to run prime95 ?

Driver verifier seems take a lot time, I'll do it at the weekend.

I suggest doing ALL of the diagnostics.

Each test is different, and you need all of the information that you can get to figure out where the problem is.

In the event that ALL of the diagnostics pass, AND that Driver Verifier doesn't find anything, then I'll ask you to try this procedure:  http://www.carrona.org/strpdown.html

Good luck!
