Aquiring the encryption password from a clear file?

Is it possible to determine the password of an encrypted file if I have the exact same file in the clear (unencrypted version)?

Running Win 10 & Office 365.

This might be useful to algorithm/ decryption experts or govt alphabet agencies try to crack something, but, is of little use to most end-users with modern encryption methods/programs.....
