I need to test the power supply of a Dell Optiplex however due to the use of a propritary small version of the 24 pin ATX connector I cannot connect the power supply to my tester I've searched for an adapter cable but the only ones that I've been able to find are female ATX to male Dell connector. What I really need is a female Dell to male ATX and I have simply not been able to find this is there anyone that can help out?

This may be the same reduced size connector used in some HP machines - you might find that adaptors for these are easier to find (this is probably where I'll be looking when I have your problem - but as it hasn't happened yet I don't have definite information).
