Can anyone recommend a free 'netmeter' for use with Windows 10, for someone who does not have an unlimited monthly download allowance. I use Networx, which is free, for my WinXP and Win 7 computers,  but is not free for Windows 10.
Thanks.

Thanks, I'll try the old portable version.

The updated installed version is NOT free.

You get a prompt to say your trial is finished and you must purchase the updated version.
