Hello everyone I am having a very frustrating computer problem. Once I get past the initial startup and get to the windows 10 login screen I have about 3-5 minutes of use before my computer completely locks up.(The Mouse works but I cannot click on anything)

If I leave the computer frozen for a minute I get a blue screen that says "Critical_process_died"

The computer also freezes in safe mode and does the same thing. If I try to do Sfc/scannow from the repair command prompt I get a message that says "Windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation"

I am on windows 10 64 bit I have a SanDisk SSD as my main hard drive.

I am almost positive this is not a hardware issue because the same thing happened a few months ago and I paid to get my computer fixed and they were able to do it without fixing any hardware. Unfortunately I do not remember what they said the problem was.

I do have a windows installation/recovery disc. Is there any way to repair windows with this disc without having to log in?

I obviously don't have enough time after I login to do much of anything before the freeze happens.
