Does MB still use Inno Setup?

I ran across a forum post in October 2009 which said that Malwarebytes uses Inno Setup instead of the Windows Installer for its installation packages. A lot can change in seven and a half years. Is that still true?

The latest version of Malwarebytes (3.1.2.1733) does indeed use Inno Setup.
