How are you trying to connect? Is it by WiFi? Or ethernet?

Does this happen with any WiFi network? Or just a specific one?

Has this computer successfully connected to a WiFi network in the past? Has it connected to this on successfully in the past? Are there other devices that connect successfully to this WiFi network now?
