Sorry I don't get what you're asking here, your RAM? Do you mean, one of your RAM stick is defective?

lol no...my laptop has 4gig RAM on the motherboard but that RAM is not working properly its causing bluescreens with a memory management message. So l am asking how do l disable that RAM through BIOS so that l can only use the external slot to put a removable RAM, since the the RAM on board can not be removed it is attached on the motherboard.

You have a laptop, right? If so, you should be able to remove your RAM. What is your laptop exact model? I know it's a Samsung, but I don't know the exact model (530U3C, 530U4C or 532U3C).

Mind you there is an external slot just next to the harddrive and the one on board under the motherboard

I cannot find anything related to that model. If there's an option to disable the RAM (DIMM slot), it'll be in the BIOS, so that's where I would look. Though your laptop looks quite old (2012?), and I doubt Toshiba gave you that option back then. Even in 2017, not every motherboard manufacturer provide that kind of option. I also have yet to see a laptop (old or new) with the RAM stick actually soldered on the motherboard, that isn't removable.
