I am looking for examples or how to's on encrypting a file and posting it publically. Then at a later date, using someone's public key (using RSA asymmetric encryption or another standard), create a unique decoder that only the original encryptor and the recipient of the unique file key would be able to decrypt.
Are there any examples? Or does anyone have any ideas on this?

Edit: Moved topic from Introductions to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal
