Over the last three days facebook has been acting very buggy. I wanted to delete it and reinstall, but the FB tools are not working. Does anyone have any ideas. Can I do this from outside of FB? Could it be a hardware issue because I can access Facebook from another computer without any problems.

Did this resolve on its own?

FWIW, on most computers, there is not deleting/uninstalling Facebook as you access it through a web browser. The potential exception might be if you are using an app through the Windows App Store on Windows 8 or Windows 10.
