Hi,Please assist

I have a Desktop Computer Windows 7 Ultimate & a Laptop Windows 7 Home Edition

My Problem is I can see from My Laptop my Desktop Computer & can access anything that I have allowed BUT BUT

from my Desktop Computer Network,I can see my Laptop But it keeps asking for a password,I have tried every Password that I use & still no good

On both Computers under Manager Network Passwords

I have gone into both in Windows Credentials & also Generic Credentials & edit them both so they are both the same & it makes no difference

I saved the Window Passwords onto Y: under userkey.psw BUt I cannot find any program to open it

Please advise

Regards

Darryl.Smitm

I would put all of the devices on a homegroup and change permissions as you see fit.

If you already have then I would delete all of the homegroups (make sure you do it on all PCs) and recreate.
