Two days ago I found a user account set up on mozilla.org and have not been able to find a phone#, or email/chat link for this url where I can report this serious security breach.  I say it is serious because instead of a username I may have chosen it has my complete SS# as the user name and is posted at the top of every page in my desktop browser.

Another thing that concerns me is that it also has the creation date listed as 2013! I scanned my hotmail archives which I do still have other account confirmation pages from 2013 but none for a mozilla.org account? Appears to be a developer account which I know I have never opened, nor would I use my SS# for any account online so not even sure how this happened.

Can somebody give me a contact #, chat link, or email where I can get this removed asap? I would appreciate any help available. Called my ISP and they told me they have no contact information for Mozilla and been searching their site for two days using different browsers, iphone, and contact me link takes me to blank pages no error codes, nothing!

Thanks for any information I'm not finding! :)

The only thing I can find is Mozilla related irc chat channels on Mibbit.

Other than that, their user staffed product forums. Which you have likely already been that route.

Mozilla does not have a phone support line. You can ask a question on their forums here.

This sounds like a serious issue and I think you should post a topic under the Firefox section of Mozilla Forums immediately.
