How can I get rid of this:
It gives me the option to "Remind me later" and "Review settings" but there is "don't show this again".
It comes up at least once a day. How can I suppress this forever? Thanks.

You can't. This is Microsoft's way of telling you a major Windows 10 upgrade is being released. There is no way to avoid the upgrade to Creators. Microsoft will push out the upgrade to you and install it. I would advise you backup your important data before the upgrade even though the chance of having a bad upgrade is small.
