Microsoft ended XP on their side. Why are you even using XP? I hope you get a solution to your problem but you wouldn't be having these issues if you used 8 or 10.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.

Go to Piriform's website, and download the free version on the left.  Click Download from Piriform.com (the FileHippo link requires an extra click). Or if you want to use a portable version of Speccy (which doesn't require installation), click the builds page link and download the portable version. You will now be asked where you want to save the file. The best place to put it is the Desktop, as it will be easy to find later.

After the file finishes downloading, you are ready to run Speccy. If you downloaded the installer, simply double-click on it and follow the prompts until installation is complete. If you downloaded the portable version, you will need to unzip it before use. Right-click the ZIP file and click Extract all. Click Next. Open up the extracted folder and double-click on Speccy.

Once inside Speccy, it will look similar to this (with your computer's specifications, of course):

post-33068-0-86653600-1480692866_thumb.j

Now, at the top, click File > Publish Snapshot.

Click Yes > then Copy to Clipboard

Now, once you are back in the forum topic you are posting in, click the ADD REPLY or REPLY TO THIS TOPIC button. Right-click in the empty space of the Reply box and click Paste. Then, click Add Reply below the Reply box.

hi dear louis,

i thank you so much for the reply but....

i cannot installed any of the programs you have mentioned due to runtime error

i could only install the tweaking com windows repair but the problem exist with all my other installations

i scan the pc with the malwarebytes and with avast but nothing found

combofix cannot be run due to a warning message that says ''don't run combofix in compatibility mode !''

i suspect missing or corrupted windows files and only with format i will solve the problem with my pc

thanks again for your kind help

i think that i have to delete first from my pc all the installed microsoft visual c++ libraries and .net framework and to installed them again

i have found the necessary microsoft visual c++ as all in one package and all the microsoft .net versions

i hope to avoid format...

If...my XP install developed problems today/tomorrow...I would just dump the install and do a clean one.  Trying to "fix" a version of Windows that is unsupported today (and has been for some time) just seems much more work than it's worth.  I can clean install XP, update it...install every app that I use...and be done with the guesswork within 24 hours.
