Hello Members. I wanted to thank you in advance for any help you can provide. Starting about a week ago I have been getting a BSOD just about everyday (once a day) on NETIO.sys

I have already tried downloading the newest Network Drivers and reinstalling them from the MOBO Manufacturers website. I have also uninstalled my NVIDIA Drivers. Booted in a safe mode and ran display driver uninstaller to fully clean them out. Then Reinstalled the latest from Nvidia. A part of me thinks it may be the newest video card driver update causing the issue but i'm not sure. I may need an older driver.

I also have a feeling it can possibly be the Cisco VPN software I use while working from home to connect to my office PC. Those are the only recent changes to my system I believe in the past week.

· OS - Windows 10 Enterprise
· x64
· What was original installed OS on system? This was original
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? Full Retail from MSDN
· Age of system (hardware) - Custom Built about a year ago
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? OS is maybe 6 months old.

· CPU - Intel i7 5930K
· Video Card - 2X - EVGA GeForce GTX Titan X 12GB Superclocked Video Card (2-Way SLI)
· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) - ASUS X99 Deluxe
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (skip if laptop) - SeaSonic 1050W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

· System Manufacturer - Custom Built

· Laptop or Desktop? Desktop

Greetings,

Unfortunately, there are traces of pirated Adobe software on your computer. BleepingComputer's forum rules prohibit me from helping you further:

If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the staff reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean encouraging the use or continued use of pirated software is not permitted, and subject to the same consequences.

If you would like help, please remove all illegal software on your computer and run the Sysnative File Collection App again.

Thank you.

Regards,

Good job, thank you. :)

The one and only dump file blames e1d65x64.sys, your network adapter driver right away:

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for e1d65x64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for e1d65x64.sys
But you and I already knew that. Let's get our stack trace:

We see a lot of networking I/O stuff. Let's see whether if we can spot any third-party drivers in the raw stack:
0: kd> dps ffff840028124000 ffff84002812a000
...
ffff8400`28127528  fffff80c`42d0ac3bUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\acsock64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for acsock64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for acsock64.sys
 acsock64+0xac3b
...
Well, as you suspected earlier, your Cisco VPN program seems to be the root of the problem. Would bug Cisco Support and ask them what's going on. Give them a hard time. They SHOULD be updating their drivers — it dates back from 2013:
0: kd> lm k vm acsock64
start             end                 module name
fffff80c`42d00000 fffff80c`42d1e000   acsock64 T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: acsock64.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\acsock64.sys
    Image name: acsock64.sys

    Translations:     0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Good luck!

Thanks bwv for your prompt reply. Looks like my inclinations were correct. Appreciate it! I'll bug them to get the most recent Cisco VPN software and then see if that solves my issues.
