Spyware/trojan Alerts

I'm getting continuous alerts about potential system failure dur to spyware and trojans. When I click on the info icon it takes me to virusburst site. I'd like to clean my PC and get rid of these messages - any ideas?

BC provides a self-help removal guide for Virusburst, which was installed on your hard drive by a trojan. Carefully read and follow the directions found here:
