how to disable cftmon.exe ?

hi anyone know how to disable cftmon.exe from running in the startups (Windows 2008 Server R2) ?

 

no entry for it in msconfig and registry (Run entry)

Maybe ctfmon.exe ?

regsvr32.exe /u msimtf.dll
regsvr32.exe /u msctf.dll

when i try this method i get this error

If you are going to register or unregister dll files, you need to run the command as administrator, otherwise you will get that error.
