I am giving a good friend my HP Desktop Computer.  It originally had Windows 7 and I upgraded it to 10.

I have cleaned everything off the computer (documents, pictures, downloads, etc.) but not sure how I can

take my Microsoft Account off the computer.

I know I can do that I can do a system reset but with Windows 10 on it I am afraid I would go back to 7.  If

I do a system Refresh all of my Microsoft Account Data would remain intact.

I want to leave virus protection and security programs for my friend.  I also want to leave several programs for

How can I clear my Microsoft account off of this computer so I can let him set up his own account for this computer.

Thanks in advance for any and all assistance.
