I'm having trouble logging into several web sites(www.hotmail.com, www.espn.com). I type in the username and password and it keeps taking me back to the sign in page. How can i fix this problem? please help, it's driving me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 :thumbsup:

From what you have said, it doesn't sound like it is neccessarily a problem with your computer. It may be either a problem with the websites, or you are using the wrong usernames and passwords. Each of those sites have a link where they will mail you your password if you have forgotten it. Perhaps if you contact them?

I am using the correct passwords(already checked that out), it just wont accept the login. does it have something to do with cookies?

It might.

If you are using Internet Explorer
click "tools"
Then delete your cookies and temp internet files

try the sites again.

Once upon a time I got "smart" and blocked all MSN.COM cookies. Didn't bother me until the next time I tried to login to Hotmail - and then I was miserable until I found that the MSN.COM cookies are required for Hotmail to load.

But, this is just one of many possible solutions to this problem.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
