  • Hello Good day, I use a software called Duplicate Files Deleter, it's very easy to use and after it finds the duplicate files it lets you chose what you want to do with them (copy/delete/move). You can even check network files and you can check multiple paths in the same scan. This helps me alot. I hope you too.

There are any number of programs that can be used, with varying options and (I assume) efficiency.  I currently have Duplicate Music Files Finder installed.

A piece of software you may already have installed that can also help you with this is Piriform's Ccleaner.  


I have the Pro version, but it should work in the Free version as well I think.


Open Ccleaner

Click Tools

Click Duplicate Finder

Set search options as needed and click Search
