How can I detect a ip cam connected to the ethernet port on my laptop?

i have an KKMOON IP Camera wich I resetted. I have to config zoneminder to view the cam. I resetted the cam, so i have a clear start.

How can I use the KKMOON IP Camera with zoneminder? And how can detect the ip cam to access the web interface? I dont know the ipadress of the cam..
