I have been getting pop ups of http://shavguti.ru every now and again, probably an average of twice/day. I tried Googling the URL and nothing useful came up, I ran Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner and the problem still persists. Otherwise there are no symptoms of infection.

Update: After a little investigation I found out that the problem lies in the Task Scheduler, there is a task labeled "Steam-S-1-8-22" which triggers to open the URL every 3 hours. Deleting the task solves the issue after running taskschd.msc.
