My Laptop doesn't see a 3d Scanner.

For my course work I have to use an Artec Eva 3d scanner. I've installed Artec Studio (the software scanner need to work). The problem is, that Studio doesn't see the scanner.

Please this Artec page for a possible solution of installing the drivers manually. For a scanner like this it may be best to contact Artec directly.
