Hi.  Again with the problems, eh?

I am running Windows 10 on my Toshiba Satellite C50-C.  This may have nothing to do with Windows 10 but I don't know.

I cannot reduce the brightness on my screen and it is irritating me enormously.

Fn-F6 or F7 have zero effect.  Right-clicking on the Power indicator, bottom right, brings up Windows Mobility Centre, with a brightness slider.  Left/right, 0 to 100 NO effect.  Nothing.

Anyone know where the idiots who made this thing put the screen dimmer?  Searching Control Panel for screen brightness gives, as usual, nothing.

I cannot think of anywhere else they could have put it
