Monitor Randomly Fuzzes

At random moments whilst i'm on my computer, my monitor shows a fuzzy sort of image, a picture has been attached.


In order to not have this showing, I am needed to restart my computer. Please let me know if it's G Card related or something else,

Is this a CRT type or flat panel unit??
