Good Morning,

I uploaded a file to the ID Ransomeware site that was identified as Globe3. I was able to locate 2 files on a backup I could use as originals to attempt to decrypt using the Ransomeware File Decryptor tool, however after 49 minutes, the tool finished and was unable to crack the code. Are there any other options?

Example file name xjTwGQGzZq+rixhV1ipzz0.{d7516@ya.ru}lock

I attempted to decrypt the file with RansomwareFileDecryptor 1.0.1659 MUI.exe

You should use the Emsisoft decrypter here: https://decrypter.emsisoft.com/globe3

If it doesn't find a key, you need to share the files for us to look at. It must be an encrypted file and its original, and over 64KB.

Rather than have everyone with individual topics, it would be best (and more manageable for staff) if you posted any more questions, comments or requests for assistance in the above support topic discussion...it includes experiences by experts, a variety of IT consultants, end users and company reps who have been affected by ransomware infections. To avoid unnecessary confusion, this topic is closed.
