My Windows 2000 version i'm using supports russian encoding (cyrillic)

now i'm desperately trying to uninstall all the cyrillic encodings

In the control panel, i went to regional options and in all of the tabs i've unchecked everything related with cyrillic, but in the "advanced regional options" tab, there are cyrillic encodings which are greyed out and i can't uncheck them

My question is how can i uninstall them also? can i do that without having to reinstall windows?
