Greetings,

Unfortunately, there are traces of attempted piracy on your computer. BleepingComputer's forum rules prohibit me from helping you further:

No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the staff reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean encouraging the use or continued use of pirated software is not permitted, and subject to the same consequences.

If you would like help, please remove all illegal software on your computer and run the Sysnative File Collection App again.

Thank you.

Hey attached the files had windows 8.1 completely reinstalled and activated with a purchased key.

I think the issue is coming from the Graphics driver when I run it on the intel graphics it was working I then started updating and restarted windows and it went bad again. Glitching and blue screens. It is now system restored back to the log file that I have attached and it is running smoothly it seems? I would appreciate any help.

Greetings,

From the one and only dump file, I can say that your system crashed with a STOP 0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bugcheck:

0: kd> .bugcheck
Bugcheck code 000000D1
Arguments fffff400`026009b0 00000000`00000002 00000000`00000000 fffff800`018caafb

Our stack trace is rather unhelpful:

0: kd> knL
 # Child-SP          RetAddr           Call Site
00 fffff803`563dc3d8 fffff803`54be0be9 nt!KeBugCheckEx
01 fffff803`563dc3e0 fffff803`54bdf43a nt!KiBugCheckDispatch+0x69
02 fffff803`563dc520 fffff800`018caafb nt!KiPageFault+0x23a
03 fffff803`563dc6b0 fffff800`018b8043 USBXHCI!Bulk_ProcessTransferEventWithED1+0xe3
04 fffff803`563dc760 fffff800`00299c81 USBXHCI!Interrupter_WdfEvtInterruptDpc+0x427
05 fffff803`563dc860 fffff803`54b08e90 Wdf01000!FxInterrupt::DpcHandler+0xc1
06 fffff803`563dc890 fffff803`54b08111 nt!KiExecuteAllDpcs+0x1b0
07 fffff803`563dc9e0 fffff803`54bd8bea nt!KiRetireDpcList+0xe1
08 fffff803`563dcc60 00000000`00000000 nt!KiIdleLoop+0x5a

However, it does point to some USB and networking issues. Let's get the raw stack and search for third-party drivers:

fffff803`563dc5f8  fffff800`01ba32fdUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\athw8x.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for athw8x.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for athw8x.sys
 athw8x+0xe22fd

So your Qualcomm Atheros AR5BWB222 Wireless Network Adapter driver is referenced — a likely culprit (it most likely created the page fault).

0: kd> lmvm athw8x
start             end                 module name
fffff800`01ac1000 fffff800`01e4a000   athw8x     (deferred)

Will you please update it? **DOWNLOAD LINK**

Anyway, since your graphics drivers may play a part in this mess too, go ahead and update them too. **GRAPHICS DRIVERS DOWNLOAD**

If you still get further hangs, try these graphics drivers:

If that doesn't work, please update your BIOS and Windows, if you're comfortable enough, to rule out compatibility issues.

bwv848

Sorry, but I can't understand what you're saying. What have you done? Please follow my instructions even if you have "done them before".
