While receiving remote technical assistance on my wife's computer (Roku trying to setup my smart TV on my network),Attached File  alureon dos.jpg   44.84KB   0 downloads the technician ran a dos command scan that returned a result showing infection by Alureon (screenshot attached). I ran Kaspersky TDSS rootkit removal tool with no malware found, then Malwarebytes with only 4 PUPs found. Am I infected, and if so how do I remove it?
