You know when some program on your taskbar flashes yellow because you have a notification? I want to be able to set an alarm when it does that. Any way that is possible?

What happens if you click/tap on this yellow icon?

Does this occur only with on specific icon?

I don't believe there is a way to make an audible notice for the times that the icons turn yellow.  But if you are experienced with editing the registry you can stop the icon from flashing.  You should be aware that if mistakes are made in the process of editing the registry it can result in rendering your computer inoperable.

If you feel that this is something you can and want to do you will find a good tutorial for this registry edit here.
